Bookkeeping providers are independent businesses or professionals unless expressly stated otherwise. MatchBookkeeper does not control their work, pricing, contracts, representations, or professional obligations.

No professional relationship

Using this website does not create an accountant-client, tax advisor-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship with MatchBookkeeper or any provider.

Due diligence

Users are responsible for evaluating providers, credentials, licenses where applicable, insurance, security practices, service agreements, pricing, and suitability before engagement.

Provider offers

Promotions and discounts are offered by individual providers, may change or expire, and are subject to the provider’s own terms. MatchBookkeeper does not guarantee any promotion.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchBookkeeper is not responsible for losses arising from the acts, omissions, advice, services, data handling, or contractual performance of independent providers.
